Similarly, if you’re trying to bag a BPO job that require special skills such as graphic design or web development, it’s best to study your existing portfolio of works and learn newer tricks and trends. This enables you to show that you keep up with the latest in your field of expertise and that you can cope with upcoming developments.

The more you know about your prospective employer, the more confident you’ll be in answering job interview questions. You may find feedback from former and existing customers and employees. This lets you further understand how you’ll benefit from working in the company, and enables you to formulate questions to ask your interviewer.
