Customer Happiness Expert (Live chat / Email support)



Requirements:

•     Four-year Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university preferred

•     At least 1 year experience in live chat/email support/customer service/call center environment is required

•     Good written and verbal English communication skills

•     Mastery of CRM and Ticketing tools (Zendesk, Service Cloud, Zopim, etc)

•     Basic technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications)

•     Upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality preferred

•     Flexible and willing to work in a fast-paced and quickly growing environment

•     Open-minded and prepared to take on new challenges and learn new skills

•     Willing to work in Makati

•     Can start immediately

Responsibilities:

•     Assist customers via live chat/email in clear and concise written English

•     Improve the quality of customer interactions on a daily basis

•     Have fun and work effectively with a team of awesome people

•     Able to work independently with minimal supervision

 

Salary: Up to Php 22,000
